Aaron and I met on Tinder (!!) back in 2015. Aaron had just moved to the Philadelphia area from Wisconsin and I was looking for a nice guy to hang out with, with hopes of finding someone special. After the first date we were inseparable. My roommate at the time even called me on the date because I hadn't texted her in a while! After two years of dating, we decided on forever and Aaron proposed to me in the 18th Century Gardens in Old City, Philadelphia. While some couples may feel that the wedding planning process was stressful, we feel that process actually brought us closer together. We had to work closely together on planning aspects of our wedding that made both of us happy, working with our families to accommodate some of their wishes, and of course budgeting. When it came time to shop for wedding gowns I knew I had to try on style 3108. I had seen it on Say Yes to the Dress years before I had even met Aaron, and I fell in love with it. Style 3108 was the first dress I tried on and I knew it was the one to beat. After searching around I was unable to top that dress and I said yes to my dream dress. Our wedding day was a fairy tale. We had the most beautiful May Saturday, the most loving bridal party, and most importantly ecstatic and supportive families. Even though I loved my Lazaro gown and waited about eight years to finally wear the gown I had seen years ago, it pales in comparison to the love and excitement I felt to marry my Prince Charming, Aaron! Thank you Lazaro for helping to make our day a dream!
