Mimi’s Bridal Boutique opened its doors on February 10th, 2001. Owner Yvette Mikho has always been an amazing business woman. In her home country of Iraq, she was a top jewelry designer and catered to the socialites of the Baghdad. After immigrating to the United States in 1990, she decided to open an alterations shop in Ann Arbor. After gaining extensive experience in fitting, altering and customizing bridal gowns at her alterations shop, Mrs. Mikho transformed her business and opened her own bridal shop and continued catering to brides by offering couture bridal designs and expert alterations. Mimi’s staff is dedicated to excellence in customer service and offering brides the best selection of wedding gowns in Michigan. Our Bridal Specialists will help the bride-to-be choose the wedding gown of her dreams and put together an entire wedding ensemble that fits her vision. We insure a fun and pressure-free experience for all of our brides. As Mimi’s Bridal Boutique enters its 11th year of business we are excited to announce that we will be expanding our collections and introducing up-and-coming bridal designers. Yvette Mikho has turned over the day-to-day operations of the bridal shop to her daughter, Nadine Hana (Marketing Director), and her daughter-in-law, Rasha Mikho (Boutique Manager). Mrs. Mikho continues to overlook the business while diving back into her original passion of jewelry design.
